I think it was six or seven years ago that I first started writing my "big" book, Puppy Love.  At the time, I had no intention of ever publishing the story as a novel. I had actually done some erotic writing as a gift to a very special person in my life. He enjoyed the material and urged me to share it with others. After posting the first few chapters on the nifty.org website, I began to receive quite a bit of positive feedback. Thus I continued to write the story, and eventually it sort of developed a life of its own. Each of the characters became so real to me that it seemed almost as if they were controlling the words I wrote. Readers would ask me what was going to happen in the story, and I'd have to tell them honestly that I simply did not know. I'd have to wait and see what the characters decided.

In February of 2009 I published my first novel, Dumb Jock. This was my very first attempt to officially and "professionally" share my work with others. I was unsure how exactly I could communicate to Nifty readers that I was now a published author. I thought about Puppy Love. Although I had stopped posting the story several years prior, I had six chapters completed which had not been shared with anyone. I submitted them to Nifty and attached a note announcing the availablity of my new novel, Dumb Jock.

Well the re-emergence of Puppy Love on Nifty proved to be far more of a success than I had anticipated. Again I started receiving a deluge of feedback, and I decided at that point to actually finish the story.

In September I was approached by Fanny Press who offered me a publishing contract for the entire series. Now here it is three months later and it has actually happened. Puppy Love is really a published novel! The publishing of Book Two is in progress as well, and as for Book Three... well that is still top secret.

I'm still waiting on the release of The Landlord. It will be published as an e-book on extasybooks.com. I'm also very "patiently" waiting to hear from several publishers/editors about my submission of what I believe to be my best material ever. It is a story called Trust Me. And of course, I'm still working on some other projects which I'm not quite ready to announce.

I hope that Puppy Love is as much of a pleasure to the readers as it has been to me, the author. Matt and Petey are my favorite fictional characters, and now they are in print! They have become immortal. Wow... amazing stuff.
